Shipping
All orders placed on cbrick.com will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). In some instances, orders placed on cbrick.com with delivery within a 20 mile radius of a Chautauqua Brick, Inc store, may be delivered by Chautauqua Brick, Inc employees.
Returns
Chautauqua Brick will fully refund any item returned unused and in the original carton within 90 days of the original purchase.
Chautauqua Brick, Inc will replace or issue a store credit for any defective item/s returned within 90 days.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges related to returned items. Local purchases may be returned directly to any Chautauqua Brick location.
